Our Mission
The Hudson Henriksen Foundation was established in memory of Hudson Henriksen, who passed away at 18 months old from Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC).
The Foundation’s mission is to raise awareness, support research, and provide resources and healing opportunities for families affected by the sudden and unexplained loss of a child.

Our Impact
Though we are just beginning, our mission is already taking root in meaningful ways.

Fundraise
Through our fundraisers — Huddy’s Hike and Hudson’s Holiday Ornament — we raise critical funds to support SUDC research, advocacy, and bereaved families through the SUDC Foundation.

Grief Support
We offer a Parenting After Loss support group for bereaved mothers — a space for connection, compassion, and healing.
As we continue to grow...
One of our most heartfelt goals is to host a retreat for mothers who have lost a child, creating a sanctuary of rest, support, and remembrance.

Providing even an ounce of peace
We are also working to partner with Owlet to provide monitoring socks to families who have lost a child, offering a measure of comfort and peace of mind during an unimaginably vulnerable time.
Help us carry on Hudson's legacy.
We are in the process of registering to become a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
